Customer Relations Representative
Responsibilities- Engage and sustain relationships with customers
- Generate repeat sales.
- Develop sales leads through company CRM or other avenues
- Monitor customer accounts
- Keep accurate records of all interactions
- Excellent communication skills
- Good sales ability
- Strong reporting skills and an eye for accountability
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Navision and / or similar software packages
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- A knowledge of farm machinery a distinct advantage
Sales REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities- Actively maintain relationships with existing customers
- Assess customer drop-off and devise methods of re-engagement
- Initiate repeat sales
- Analyse data from company CRM or other areas to tap for sales potential
- Feedback product demand & updates to purchasing and marketing departments
- Track all sales interactions to conclusion
- Keep up to date on all products and sector developments
- Share knowledge & meet targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Good sales and customer relations skills
- Strong reporting skills and an eye for accountability
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Navision and / or similar software packages.

- A working knowledge of farm machinery is a must
